If Super user enters, everything is fine. But if another user (raised to Administrator), then the error.

Delete cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

You mean if a user (not a superuser) logins his account, then an error will happen on the website?
If you don't mind, please provide me with an admin account, I would like to have a look at the issue first. Then I'll help you figure it out
